Credit Repair Services- All packages include a thorough attempt to remove invalid and outdated personal information and invalid incorrect reporting third party accounts. PACE abides by the fair credit reporting act.

Cancellation Policy: Services are provided on a month to month basis and clients may cancel their services at any time at least 3 days in advance of any upcoming recurring payment. When cancelled according to these terms, the upcoming recurring payment will constitute the final payment due for services rendered. All services are billed in arrears.

Privacy Policy:  This site is owned and operated by P.A.C.E Enterprise. Your privacy is most important to us. All information will remain confidential and used for credit purposes only. We aim to make your experience online with us satisfying and safe. Because we gather certain types of information about our users, we feel you should fully understand our policy and terms and conditions surrounding the capture and use of that information. This privacy statement discloses what information we gather and how we use it. P.A.C.E Enterprise does not under any circumstance share, sell, rent or in any other way provide your information to anyone for any use whatsoever.

Security: P.A.C.E Enterprise operates secure data networks protected by industry standard firewall and encryption protection systems. Our security and privacy policies are periodically reviewed and enhanced as necessary and only authorized individuals have access to the information provided by our clients/customers.

Consent: You consent to all terms and policies by using this site. You consent to to the use and collection of this information by P.A.C.E Enterprise. If we decide to change/update our privacy policy we will post those changes on this page so that you are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it and under what circumstances we disclose it.

Public Safety & Legal Process- We will not share information about individual users with any third party except to comply with applicable law or valid legal process or to protect the personal safety of our users or the public.

Contract: All clients will receive a contract upon signing up with P.A.C.E Enterprise through our trusted P.A.C.E Enterprise software. Clients must upload all legal documents requested and agree to all terms and conditions.

Courses & Consultations- All courses and consultations are non-refundable as they are offered in live settings and also replay settings. Please be sure to provide your email address for direct access.
